Before embarking on her own path, Andra was part of the teams belonging to the best law firms in Romania, recognized at a European and national level in areas such as European law, Human Rights, Intellectual Property and Litigation - in general. Throughout her journey, Andra has gained significant experience in Civil law, Commercial law, Personal Data Protection, Public Procurement, Administrative Law, Intellectual Property, and Human Rights.
Andra graduated her Bachelor studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest (Romania) and her Master of Laws studies at the Faculty of Laws, University College of London - UCL (England). Andra is also a Data Protection Officer certified by the Romanian Labour Ministry.
She is an active participant in summer schools, conferences and trainings in the legal area, taking part in such programs organized in Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Greece and Romania.

Prior to her partnership with Andra, Alina has worked at one of the most reputable intellectual property law firms in the country, with a strong exposure to international clients. Offering both counseling and representation before the courts in civil and criminal matters, Alina has acquired a rich professional experience that combines the study and documentary skills neede to provide consultancy with the synthesis and spontaneity of a litigation lawyer.
AAlina graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and obtained a Master of Law Degree in Private Law from the same University. Her graduation thesis was later published in the Romanian Journal of Private Law, no. 4/2012 under the heading "Determination of international competence according to Regulation (EC) no. 44/2001, in the case of illicit acts causing damage and of commercial activities carried out over the Internet ".
